With over 18 years of clinical experience in pathology, Dr. Rajesh Deshmukh founded Wellcare Labs with a single mission: to bridge the gap between high-end diagnostic technology and affordable, patient-focused delivery. His leadership has shaped Wellcare Labs into an ISO-certified diagnostic pioneer in Pune, known for gold-standard quality compliance, NABL guidelines adherence, and innovative home service support.

Having worked with top national healthcare providers, Dr. Deshmukh brings specialized expertise in molecular diagnostics, histopathology, and preventative medicine. Under his direct clinical supervision, our lab utilizes next-generation automated analyzers to deliver error-free clinical reports.
